We were founded by three dads with significant experience coaching, organizing, and refereeing youth sports. We’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly. And we firmly believe youth sports are best when it truly is all about the kids. About the opportunity to try something new, make friends, and experience positive coaching. About trying, failing, trying again, and learning from the experience. About learning the fundamentals. About balanced competition. About losing with grace and winning with great sportsmanship. About being competitive, expecting the best of yourself, and taking something positive from every experience, win or lose. About respect for the game, the players, parents, coaches and refs. We’ll do everything we can to make it all about the kids. Period.
